Lets all be honest. What is better than seeing those buff pecs staring you back in the face? Well, if you haven’t experienced it yet, what are you waiting for?

Guys, lets face it, many people dream of having a broad gorilla chest like Arnold Shwazzenger


or maybe you prefer the leaner chest?


Either way, this post will help you achieve that, all that is required from you is dedication and patience.

Perhaps one of the most well-known chest building exercise is the bench press. Now I know that I said before how I only train callisthenics, well that’s just the point. Chest muscles don’t need to be built using just weights, bodyweight movements work just as well! Here are some exercises that you can do!

Close hand push ups

As you can see from the picture, not only are they good for building the triceps and anterior deltoids (in the shoulders), but also the pectoralis major (chest).

Also, by forming a triangle with your hands in the middle (known as diamond push ups), this will also really work that chest 🙂

As well as this dips are also a good option

weighted dips

However if you can not do any of these, stick to normal push ups and they can get you good results if you do them properly. I personally have seen wonderful results doing simple body-weight exercises like these.
